Vehicle dealership system

I developed an integrated vehicle dealership management system using Oracle APEX 26.1 and the latest Oracle AI Database 26ai. The system was designed as a specialized submodule within a comprehensive ERP platform rather than as a separate standalone application.

It manages the complete vehicle lifecycle, including vehicle registration, specifications, documentation, purchasing, inspection, preparation, inventory transfers, reservations, financing, trade-ins, sales, and final delivery.

The system integrates directly with the ERP’s accounting, invoicing, and customer management modules. Vehicle purchase and sales transactions are connected to the relevant financial processes and documents, invoices are issued within the same workflow, and customer data is centrally shared and managed without duplication across separate systems.

The module also supports vehicle expense tracking, actual cost and profitability calculations, inventory and vehicle status management, document archiving, reservations, and active deal monitoring. Its interactive dashboard provides key operational and financial indicators, including inventory value, available, reserved, and sold vehicles, active deals, critical alerts, monthly performance, and profitability.
