Multi-tenant and multi-branch HR system

A professional project to build a comprehensive, multi-tenant, multi-branch HR system from scratch, operating as a SaaS (SaaS) platform. This system includes employee data and documents, custody, attendance, leave, termination, payroll, user management, role-based permissions, and reports. It supports the generation of payrolls for the Saudi government's Mudad platform and the generation of bank transfers for payroll.

An integration layer was also built to connect the system with a dedicated employee mobile application. This application allows employees to view employee information, create leave and late permissions, submit leave and advance requests, and view reports. The system is also directly integrated with ZKTeco time and attendance devices via the internet or local network to synchronize attendance data. The integration of the mobile application and fingerprint devices is achieved using secure RESTful APIs secured with JWT.
